As a Policy Scientist and Director of Nonprofit and Community Programs at the University of Delaware’s Center for Community Research and Service (CCRS), she has established herself as a trusted advisor who delivers practical solutions rooted in both academic research and real-world experience.

Signe’s impressive credentials include certification as a BoardSource® Consultant since 2018, equipping her to help boards implement governance best practices that drive organizational impact. As a Certified Workshop Leader for Strategic Doing™, she empowers nonprofits to move from planning to meaningful action. Her licensure as a Standards for Excellence® consultant enables her to provide comprehensive organizational assessments that identify opportunities for growth.
