A core member of the Board Veritas nonprofit practice team, Signe brings over two decades of expertise in nonprofit leadership, governance, and organizational development to her consulting work with nonprofit executives and boards. As a Policy Scientist and Director of Nonprofit and Community Programs at the University of Delaware’s Center for Community Research and Service (CCRS), she has established herself as a trusted advisor who delivers practical solutions rooted in both academic research and real-world experience.

Signe’s impressive credentials include certification as a BoardSource® Consultant since 2018, equipping her to help boards implement governance best practices that drive organizational impact. As a Certified Workshop Leader for Strategic Doing™, she empowers nonprofits to move from planning to meaningful action. Her licensure as a Standards for Excellence® consultant enables her to provide comprehensive organizational assessments that identify opportunities for growth.
